The wellcome of the staff team very approachable and helpfull .

no complaints although this is the 3rd occassion I've used this hotel within the last 10mths and you could consider offering reductions for regular user or package offers as the Hilton Hotel group .

Staff were right balance of friendly and efficient, room was well designed - checkout the bathroom door, best door fit I've ever seen in a hotel! Bar staff were very helpful and friendly too. All in all we enjoyed the stay and would definately come back... Thanks

Room was well designed apart from bedside shelf not being available on both sides of double bed, but this was a minor thing as room had some great features.

Convenient position, clean,new and good price

I used the internet with my laptop - but then found none of the emails I had sent actually arrived. I did not find out about this until I had left and when I called to warn the hotel this was happening I got the impression that I wasn't believed and that the system supplier would not be contacted. I would advise anyone staying here who needs to use email to check this out.

i liked the fact that even though there were several groups of party goers staying the hotel during the weekend we were'nt disturbed by any noise late at night and we slept well!

Convenient location near the bay. This is a modern city hotel much like any other.

Tinned mushrooms and tomatoes spoiled an otherwise excellent breakfast. The telephone system seems to work well when you make calls, bur they seem unable to locate your call record when you check out.

The room was very spacious and generally very comfortable - some of the materials used not brilliant but overall ok.

There was no record of my booking when I arrived at the Hotel. I did not fill out a complaints form as I couldn't determine whether this was the Hotels fault or Booked.net's - however, this is the second occasion this has occurred with Booked.net

Cardiff Bay and the City itself

The complete and utter shambles made by the staff in respect to my guests and my own reservations, plus a telephone call after my day of return stating a member of my party did not arrive!!!!! By the end of this experince I was very dissappointed with the lack of communications between staff and the hastle which disrupted my holiday weekend...probably will not book into this hotel in future.

large rooms, price inclusive of parking and internet

dirty mugs, no bottle of water on the first night, cold room so heating had to be on all night which made me very dehydrated (hence the reason they give complementary water I think), Internet TV is painfully slow and WI-FI did not work

size of rooms and perfect for familys..children stay free was very good..free breakfast for children

choice of cereals at breakfast was poor..children type cereals none existent..

Comfortable and relaxing, and made to feel welcome, excellent location
